Refund policy

At Adhirame, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship and your satisfaction. While we hope you’ll love every piece, if you ever need to return or exchange, we’ve made the process simple and transparent.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

General Conditions

  • You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with the invoice included.
  • If your order included free gifts, they must also be returned.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged products, reported before the jewellery is worn.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process any damage/exchange claim.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Nose pins
  • Rakhis
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Items altered, resized, or tampered with
  • Products purchased during sale events (eligible for exchange only if damaged and reported before use)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Simple 3-Step Process

  1. Log in to your Adhirame account using your registered email.
  2. Navigate to the Return/Exchange page and create a ticket for “Return/Exchange.” Include order details, item info, reason, and unboxing/packing video.
  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through pickup or self-shipping (if required).

Return Packaging Guidelines

To ensure your jewellery reaches us safely:

  • Pack the item in the original Adhirame blue box, seal it with tape, and place it inside Adhirame’s protective polythene bag with the invoice.
  • Do not send items in loose/unsealed packaging. Such returns will not be accepted.
  • Record a clear video showing:
    1. The jewellery and invoice inside the box
    2. Sealing the parcel properly
    3. Handing it over to the delivery partner

(Without this video, Adhirame cannot be held responsible for tampering, pilferage, or missing items in return/exchange parcels.)


Refund & Exchange Timeline

Pickup by courier partner 3–4 business days
Delivery to Adhirame 5–8 business days
Refund processed / Exchange shipped 9–12 business days

Delays may occur due to courier logistics, but we always try to move faster.


Refund Policy

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll initiate your refund.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • A ₹150 pickup charge applies for returns.
    • This does not apply to exchanges for damaged items.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged or Tampered?

If your package appears damaged, defective, or tampered with:

  1. Do not accept the parcel. Return it immediately to the delivery agent for RTO (Return to Origin).
  2. Contact us on WhatsApp or Email with your unboxing video + Order ID.
  3. We will ship you a brand-new replacement at no additional cost.

📌 Unboxing videos are mandatory to process claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect products.


Additional Guidelines

  • Mistakenly Returned Non-Adhirame Items: We cannot reship or return items not purchased from Adhirame. Please ensure only Adhirame jewellery is packed.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Returns not initiated through our official process will be rejected.
  • Missed Pickup: If you miss the scheduled pickup, you’ll need to self-ship the parcel at your own expense.
